Internal Communications Coordinator - Operations

At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. This role is part time (22.8 hours per week) and onsite to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement.

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Internal Communications Coordinator - Operations to support the delivery of clear, consistent, and timely messaging across our national clinic network. Sitting within the Operations team, this role plays a critical part in connecting our support office and operational leaders with frontline clinic teams.

You'll be responsible for planning and coordinating internal communications, managing key platforms and tools, supporting operational meetings and events, and ensuring communications are aligned with business priorities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments, thrives on cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about helping teams stay informed, engaged, and aligned.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and coordinate communication schedules across key operational channels.
  • Draft and deliver Weekly Action Bulletins, operational updates, and critical alerts to field and clinic teams.
  • Manage content for events like forums, town halls, and regional get-togethers.
  • Support regular meetings (e.g., fortnightly ops meetings, monthly training), including agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and improve communication platforms and resources like the VP Hub and Clinic Activity Planner.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure messages are aligned, well-timed, and clinic-read

  • Top-notch communication and relationship-building skills - across all levels
  • Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace
  • Confidence working through ambiguity to create clarity and structure
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on value delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SharePoint and project tools
  • Experience in multi-site industries like healthcare, veterinary, retail, or franchising is advantageous
