About your EXCITING new career

  • Leading a team of dedicated and passionate Educators to create a safe and secure environment where children are supported and encouraged to be engaged, creative and curious.
  • Guiding the day-to-day operations of the Centre alongside your Centre Leadership Team.
  • Communicate directly with our experienced and supportive Area Managers, General Manager and Approved Provider and Head Office Team.
  • You will participate in Quarterly Centre Manager professional development conferences and ongoing professional development to continue your ongoing learning journey.
  • You will be encouraged to contribute to and uphold the Vision, Mission and Philosophy of LEAD Childcare.
  • You will inspire a team of passionate Educators to implement quality programs and embed policies and procedures into child focused Centre practices, routines and rituals.
  • Create long lasting connections with our families and staff as well as the wider community.
  • Support the Centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

What you will need to SUCCEED

  • Must hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and care and or relevant qualifications
  • Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID012)
  • Current CPR certificate (HLTAID009)
  • Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificate
  • Current Working with Children check (or Blue Card), as required under the legislation
  • Accredited and Current Child Protection Certificate (CHCPRT025)
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • Fire Safety Certificate
