The opportunity:

Do you have a passion for stock control and ensuring customers always have access to their favorite products? This hybrid role, part of a brand-new and pivotal team at TerryWhite Chemmart, is perfect for someone eager to take their skills to the next level. Be the central figure managing orders for dozens of pharmacies as we shape the future of our stock operations together.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key suppliers, leaders and pharmacy staff.
• Sustain and manage stock ordering across multiple pharmacies optimising deal opportunities, stock availability to meet customer demand while minimising overstocks and stockouts.
• Place daily Symbion orders and manage direct orders based on the set ordering schedule.
• Review Gap Scan orders, troubleshoot, and resolve database integrity issues to ensure smooth stock flow.
• Consolidate promotional orders across our pharmacies and follow up on orders.

What we are looking for:

• Confidence and experience managing large-scale stock operations.
• Recent pharmacy experience will be an advantage in your application and your career development.
• Proficiency in PC skills and computer-based applications.
• High-level communication skills, with the ability to collaborate clearly and effectively across all levels.
• Strong administrative abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• A focus on procedure, ensuring all processes are followed accurately.
