About the role:
- Sourcing vehicles from dealers where required in a prompt manner.
- Manage and update internal systems to coordinate Deliveries
- Assist in coordinating activities to ensure vehicles are delivered in a timely manner.
- Costing and processing deals for all vehicles
- Complete all used/new vehicle licensing.
- Proactive communication with internal departments to plan job completion
- Bringing cars into stock and maintaining stock lists.
- Booking for transport and raising purchase orders for vehicle reconditioning.
- Communication with the sales team members in relation to vehicle preparation and delivery
- Assisting with new car stock control
- Additional administration tasks when required.
- Covering reception breaks
About you:
- Previous vehicle stock control will be highly regarded.
- Automotive Dealership experience is desirable.
- The ability to work independently and show initiative with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- ERA experience will be highly regarded.
- Current driver's license.
