This is a full time position based onsite in North Lakes.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stock Controller to manage and oversee our vehicle inventory across multiple dealership locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records

  • Liaise with manufacturers, transport companies, and internal departments

  • Process wholesale vehicle ordering & invoicing with our manufacturers

  • Coordination of new and used vehicles into inventory
  • Maintain stock control systems - to provide accurate real-time information
  • Monitor scheduled arrival of inventory from manufacturers
  • Allocation of vehicles for retail sales orders
  • Maintain inventory stock reporting
  • Maintain monthly retail delivery reporting
  • Organise keys, service & owners manuals
  • Organise freight to and from the dealership when required

About You:

  • Previous experience as a stock controller in the automotive industry (essential)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g. Auto-IT, Pentana DMS)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • A team player with a proactive and solution-focused attitude

  • Ability to take direction and follow processes
  • Attention to detail - you have a keen eye for the finer details
