Your role and responsibilities
· Our Sales Representative (primarily office based) will report directly to the Global Sales Manager
· You will be part of our growing sales team servicing our customers all over Australia
· Providing advise to customers, preparation of quotes and providing technical information
· Establish and build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers to increase overall customer value
· You will liaise with government departments, electrical wholesalers, designers and contractors
· Work alongside and provide support to our Regional Sales Managers
· Follow up opportunities such as marketing campaigns, website enquiries and other leads filtered through business channels
· Able to work autonomously, able to display organisational planning skills and strong time management skills
Requirements
· Must have good verbal and written communication skills
· You will have experience in customer sales and service
· Track record in managing and building business relationships
· Experience in quoting and working with projects teams
· Proficient in Office Suite, CRM software.
· A current Australian Driver's License.
· Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
