Join Zip's ORCA (Onboarding, Repayments & Customer Accounts) squad, the team shaping seamless onboarding, repayments and customer account experiences so millions can shop with confidence while we manage risk responsibly. You'll help us build and scale the platforms and journeys that connect customers and merchants every day.
In this role you'll set the long-term decisioning strategy and roadmap, own day-to-day acquisition performance across our products, and uplift the capabilities that make faster, fairer and more reliable credit decisions.
What You'll Own
- Set and drive a clear decisioning vision and roadmap that balances growth with risk appetite and regulation.
- Manage the end-to-end decisioning experience so outcomes are reliable, data-driven and scalable.
- Partner with Engineering and Credit Risk data teams to improve system performance, stability and operational excellence.
- Create reporting and insights that lift approval, registration and conversion rates while safeguarding portfolio quality.
- Define OKRs and metrics for decisioning, then track and share progress with clarity.
- Lead triage on decisioning-related incidents and continuously improve controls and governance.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 3+ years in product management in fintech or banking, ideally with experience in Consumer Finance products or Decisioning.
- Strength in analytics and experimentation to inform decisions and prove impact.
- Experience across the product lifecycle with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Confident stakeholder management that builds consensus and momentum across teams.
- A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset and the urgency to deliver at pace.
- A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
