Working in a fast paced, highly productive environment you will be responsible for providing effective administrative support to respective team members and managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage paperwork flows associated with inbound and outbound deliveries.

Accurate data entry to ensure correct orders processed, inventory records and stock count.

Sound understanding of inventory principles. Provide information daily to team members on inbound/outbound deliveries to help the scheduling of workload.

Control customer returns to ensure all stock flows correctly through the system.

Booking freight via: telephone / online.

Processing orders using WMS software.

Generate weekly warehouse reporting.

Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records

Assist with Stock take and stock checks

Ensure all warehouse documents are filed promptly & correctly

Liaise with accounts department & warehouse staff

Data entry and processing

Other administration tasks as required: PODs, con-notes, spreadsheets, etc.

You MUST have the ability to prioritise work & meet deadlines. We also appreciate someone who can ask for help when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Work Location: One location
