In this role, you'll
- work alongside the Centre Manager to deliver quality services
- provide positive leadership, coaching and support to the educators
- provide a high-standard program in line with regulations and requirements
- have the opportunity to attend paid professional development
To be successful, you'll
- hold a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or Bachelor Early Childhood Education with experience teaching in a pre-school environment
- have strong organisational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
- have an excellent understanding of and ability to apply policies, standards, and regulations, into the teaching program
- understand the issues and needs that affect young children and their families, and have
- experience in applying strategies to support inclusive practice and positive outcomes for children
- be experienced in providing a positive team culture through leadership and staff management
