What You Will Be Doing

ACCESS is the first point of contact for information and referrals to a wide range of community health, rehabilitation and specialist services provided by Peninsula Health. This position is responsible for ensuring timely referral management and responsive contact with clients, connecting them with the most appropriate service, as per client needs and Peninsula Health service guide criteria.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant relevant experience in the health or community health services sector
  • Advanced interviewing and engagement skills
  • Sound knowledge of relevant health and community services
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
