The Purchasing Coordinator role is a pivotal role within a growing and dynamic team, enabling opportunities for professional and personal growth in an organisation focused on being an employer of choice. Workplace flexibility is further offered to cater for individual needs.

Engaging in the latest market trends, optimising supply chains and involvement in developing new value offerings, this role provides unique learning opportunities across diversified fields including supply chain management and financial services. The role aligns to interests of those who have a passion for automotive product and being accountable for the on-time delivery management of Customers vehicles. This includes the end-to-end order management with external supplier in alignment with working through the settlement processes with drivers and employers to ensure no delays to vehicle deliveries or settlement applications with funders.

What you'll be doing:

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the efficient and accurate management of all asset orders, ensuring the procurement of vehicles is aligned with the company's / supplier's guidelines – meeting all SLA's / KPI's.

  • Vehicle Ordering and supplier acceptances.

  • On Time Delivery management – efficient management of the order pipe, including clear and concise updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Vehicle confirmation process
  • Vehicle Delivery Process
  • Off Lease / vehicle return management

  • Manage the purchasing inbox enquiries within the required time frames.

  • Customer service responsibilities to both the client (employers) and the customers (employees).

Innovation / Continuous improvement activities:

  • Monitor the overall performance of dealers in accordance with FleetPlus Group service level requirements.
  • Responsible and accountable for the functional purchasing process, including the effective communication across the relevant internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Problem Solve vehicle delivery irregularities.
  • Negotiate prices with dealers to ensure cost effective solutions to the Group and its customers.
  • Optimisation of purchasing procedures to maximise efficiency and turnaround of quote requests.
Requirements
  • Established relationship and external supplier management skills.
  • Experience in Customer service roles
  • Demonstrated leadership capability.
