After-Sales Service Technician
 to support our local clients through installation, maintenance, and hands-on technical and mechanical support.

Role Description

This is a field-based role with significant travel requirements—
up to 75% of your time could be spent on the road
, supporting customers throughout Australia, and occasionally overseas. If you're a mechanically and technically minded professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working autonomously and directly with customers, this role offers an exciting opportunity in the growing agritech and automation sector.

Qualifications

· 5 years hands on experiences in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation, or a related field.

· Hands on experience in manufacturing, fabrication & safety standards.

· Understand complex technical drawings (CAD/3D Layouts).

· Proficient in Microsoft applications.

· Hands-on experience in a service or commissioning role, preferably involving automation, packaging, or food production equipment.

· Ability to lead a team project manage installations.

· Ability to provide minor engineering modifications with various welding applications.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while on the road.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

· Must be an Australian permanent resident.

· Valid Australian forklift licence and unrestricted driver's licence.

· Willing and able to travel regularly across Australia and occasionally overseas.

· Mandarin language skills are an advantage but not required.
