Claims Consultant - Club Marine - Victoria Bayside and Melbourne CBD

About the role

  • Assisting our customers when they need us most, responsible for demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and strive to meet our customer's expectations by ensuring a professional and courteous experience is delivered to every customer.
  • Processing all incoming insurance claims in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries,
  • Develop customer relationships, understand customer requirements, and deliver a positive trusted customer experience.
  • Deliver consistent and appropriate high level of customer service at all touch points

About you

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to enhance business value by delivering a positive customer experience that sustains and grows the customer base.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Apply proactive problem-solving and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Maintain high attention to detail with effective planning, prioritization, and management of competing tasks and resources.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
