.NET Full Stack Developer - Mid or Senior Level

  • 1-year fixed-term contract
  • Central Melbourne (Hybrid working)

We are seeking a versatile, generalist .NET Full Stack Developer with Azure expertise who possesses a comprehensive skill set encompassing both front-end and back-end development, specifically within the Microsoft .NET and Azure ecosystem, to join our client, who offers digital features for managing benefits and making claims.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

Front-End:

  • Proficiency in front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

Back-End:

  • Expertise in C# and .NET frameworks (e.NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful API).
  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, including Azure SQL Database.
  • Knowledge of ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
  • Understanding of object-oriented design (OOD) and design patterns.

Azure Cloud Integration:

  • Experience in deploying and managing applications on Azure services like Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure API Gateway.
  • Familiarity with Azure storage solutions (e.g., Azure Blob Storage, Azure Table Storage).
  • Understanding of Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
  • Knowledge of Azure monitoring and security best practices.

General Development Practices:

  • Experience with version control systems, primarily Git.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies like TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behaviour-Driven Development).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have:

  • Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
  • Fintech experience.
