We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Civil Labourers for ongoing work in the Box Hill area. If you're looking for a hands-on role with the opportunity to work on exciting civil projects, we want to hear from you

About the Role:

  • Location: Box Hill, Parramatta, Kemps Creek and surrounding areas

  • Role Type: Full-time hours, ongoing with immediate start

  • Work: Civil construction projects including site preparation, trenching, concreting, drainage, and more

  • Hourly Rate: Competitive pay based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general labouring tasks on civil construction sites

  • Site preparation, digging, lifting, and material handling

  • Operating basic hand tools and machinery

  • Assisting with setting up traffic management and site safety

  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have previous experience in civil construction or a similar labouring role

  • Full PPE (including hard hat, high-visibility vest, steel-cap boots, and gloves)

  • Ability to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team

  • Strong work ethic and reliable

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Valid White Card (mandatory)
