Excavator Operator Opportunity

Secure a long-term opportunity to operate Excavators and Posi Tracks on Australia's largest infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating a range of equipment on large-scale civil projects
  • Trenching, backfilling, and preparing work areas to specification
  • Precision works including digging around live services and final trim
  • Assisting with material movements, site clean-up, and general labouring where required
  • Supporting supervisors and crews to deliver safe, efficient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience operating Excavators and Posi Tracks on large civil projects
  • Proven background in roads, subdivisions, streetscapes, and major infrastructure
  • Valid SOA and VOC for Excavator or Posi Track (multiple plant tickets highly regarded)
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently around live services
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and two contactable references
  • White Card, PPE, and valid driver's licence
