Paralegal - NSW Government

  • Pay Rate: $350 per day + Super
  • Location: Darlinghurst, Sydney CBD
  • Assignment Duration: Anticipated 6 months with potential to extend
  • Hours: Monday - Friday

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a supportive team on an anticipated 6-month engagement based in Darlinghurst. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your workers compensation knowledge in a fast-paced environment and make a genuine impact.

The Role

As a Paralegal, you will provide a broad range of paralegal, case management and administrative support services. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality outcomes for stakeholders while contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide paralegal support across case management and legal processes
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to optimise team efficiency
  • Respond to enquiries and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Assist with projects and policy initiatives to support team objectives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes

About You

  • Previous experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on workers compensation matters
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • A proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail
