ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Workers' Compensation Associate, you'll manage a portfolio of clients and provide expert advice across claims, injury management, and policy renewal. You'll collaborate closely with account managers, third-party providers, and client stakeholders to drive proactive return-to-work outcomes and minimise risk exposures. This role offers variety and impact - managing end-to-end workers' compensation needs and shaping positive outcomes for both clients and employees.

*DUTIES*

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of client workers' compensation and injury management needs
  • Lead and manage the return-to-work function, supporting injured employees in their safe and timely recovery and reintegration into the workplace
  • Provide expert advice on claims, return-to-work strategies, and policy matters
  • Drive proactive return-to-work outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver client reporting, including premium forecasting and monthly updates

*SKILLS & EXPERIENCE*

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in workers' compensation and injury management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver timely, accurate outcomes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proven team player with a collaborative approach to work
  • Tertiary qualification in allied health (desirable but not essential)
