The Role: Client Care Specialist (Sales Assistant)

As a Sales Assistant, you are the vital link that ensures a seamless and delightful journey for every client. Your mission is to provide foundational support to our Sales Team and ensure our clients feel informed, valued, and completely looked after.

• Be the Client Navigator: Attentively welcome and assist clients with all their queries, providing a professional and positive first impression.


• Knowledge Communicator: Confidently explain details about our extensive product range, including warranties, maintenance, and vehicle timelines, ensuring clients are fully informed.


• Detail Detective: Master the ability to learn and clearly communicate product knowledge across our exciting brands, acting as a reliable source of information.


• Master of Follow-Up: Utilise your exceptional writing and listening skills to maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and team members.
