We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced Retail Assistant to join our team at TSG Tobacconist & Golden Casket Lotto stores across multiple locations in the Gladstone Region.

What We're Looking For:
  • Retail experience essential (preferably in tobacco, lotto, or convenience retail)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy (especially for Lotto sales)
  • Willingness to work 25–30 hours minimum per week
  • Must be available for weekend shifts
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Mature-aged candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Duties Will Include:

  • Serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Processing Lotto, tobacco, and general retail sales
  • Restocking, cleaning, and maintaining store presentation
  • Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
  • Following ID check protocols and compliance procedures
