About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Mad Raven Pizza as a Front of House team member. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming dining experience for all our guests. The role is based in our restaurant in Kallista, Victoria.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking customer orders and providing recommendations on our menu items
  • Ensuring customers' orders are delivered promptly and to their satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked service area
  • Responding to customer enquiries and address any issues or concerns
  • Assisting the kitchen team as required
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
