**About Us**:Join the team at Ōshan Contemporary Sushi, a beautiful 15-seater omakase restaurant nestled in the heart of South Yarra. **Position: Front of House**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in fine dining
- Profound understanding of Australian and International wines; Sommelier training considered a bonus
- Experience working behind a bar, with sake knowledge highly regarded
- 5-star customer service orientation
- Exceptional presentation, grooming, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to handle administrative tasks related to guest experience and front of house
- Fluent in written and verbal English; valid work rights in Australia
- Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
- Current Victorian RSA certificate
- Expert multitasker, proactive, and highly organised
- Great leadership and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and dedication to thrive under pressure

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver an exceptional, premium dining experience
- Collaborate with our passionate and talented international sushi chef and team
- Provide 5-star customer service with a focus on creating exceptional experiences
- Manage administrative tasks related to guest experience and front of house
- Work flexible hours, covering shifts from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and/or dinner service
