About our Client:

Our client is a leading luxury retail platform, dedicated to delivering exclusive shopping experiences through flash events. They work directly with high-end brands to provide short-term retail opportunities, creating memorable events for customers.

About the Role:

We are seeking casual staff for short-term roles supporting luxury brand events in Sydney in November 2025. There are two types of work available:

  1. Customer-Facing Event Support
    • Assist with a pop-up sales event by greeting and helping customers, supporting sales and cashier activities, and maintaining a professional, friendly environment
    • Help with event setup, pack-down, and stock/visual merchandising
  2. Stock Box Moving Support
    • Assist with moving and organising stock boxes, some of which may be heavy
    • Support general stock handling and preparation for events
    • Follow instructions from the event team to ensure a smooth setup

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and able to lift and move boxes for stock-moving roles
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible
  • Good communication skills and comfortable working in a team
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • No prior experience required, though retail or customer service experience is a plus

Event Dates and Shifts:

  • Stock Box Moving (physical):
    • Wednesday, 12 November 2025: 5AM to 12PM OR 8AM to 6PM
  • Pop-Up Event Sales:
    • Monday 17 November 2025: 7.30AM to 2PM OR 1.30PM to 6.30PM
    • Tuesday 18 November 2025: 8.30AM to 1.30PM OR 1.30PM to 6.30PM
    • Wednesday 19 November 2025: 8.30AM to 1.30PM OR 1.30PM to 6.30PM
    • Thursday 20 November 2025: 8.30AM to 1.30PM OR 1PM to 6PM

Hourly Rate:

  • Mondays - Fridays: $33.19 per hour + super
