Join SARAH & SEBASTIAN this summer and help us deliver a luxury and memorable client experience.

We are looking for Summer Casuals (Client Advisors) for our Sydney boutiques (Sydney CBD, Mosman, Paddington & Bondi Junction) who are passionate about jewellery and exceptional service. This is a seasonal role from October 2025 to February 2026.

To Do List - Summer Casual

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and create authentic connections with customers.
  • Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Demonstrates strong product knowledge of SARAH & SEBASTIAN's collections and pieces to assist customers purchase their gifts for their loved ones.
  • Works effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the store.
  • Contributing to a positive store environment and team culture

Experience

  • 1+ years experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
  • Availability from Mid October to Mid February 2026
  • Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including at least one weekend day and one on the weekend.
  • Comfortable working towards individual and team sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well presented.
  • Flexibility to work at short notice.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales-focused role, ideally in luxury retail or selling high value product.
