As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven Advertising Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our brand's presence and delivering outstanding results.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Advertising Manager will be responsible for directing the development and implementation of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximise property sales and build lasting customer loyalty. This includes leading initiatives that promote the organisation's property listings and services to the widest possible audience, while ensuring consistent messaging that strengthens brand image and encourages long-term engagement.
In addition, the Advertising Manager will oversee strategies to enhance the organisation's public profile and reputation among customers, investors, and the wider community. The role calls for a creative, highly organised professional with strong project management skills, an in-depth understanding of contemporary marketing trends within the real estate sector, and the ability to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns. By working collaboratively with sales agents and the broader network team, the Advertising Manager will ensure all campaigns are aligned, engaging, and effective in generating measurable results.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leads the planning and execution of sales strategies, setting targets to drive growth and build strong customer relationships.
• Develops advertising programs to expand awareness and increase demand for the organisation's products and services.
• Shapes the business's brand strategies that strengthen market position, encourage loyalty, and promote ongoing engagement.
• Manages communication initiatives to enhance the organisation's reputation and maintain positive relationships with customers, investors, and the broader community.
• Oversees advertising campaigns across digital, print, and event channels, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Monitors and manages advertising budgets to achieve effective and cost-efficient outcomes.
• Works closely with internal teams and external providers to deliver cohesive campaigns and consistent messaging.
• Coordinates marketing and promotional activities, including events, to boost visibility and support the organisation's market presence.
• Coordination with third-party providers for the achievement of company objectives
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's or higher Degree in Marketing or Business Management or a relevant field
• Real Estate License (Class 1 or Class 2)
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Advertising Management or a comparable field
• Real Estate industry experience is essential
• Proven experience managing advertising budgets across multiple channels
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
SKILLS:
• Creative thinker with a proven ability to turn ideas into successful outcomes
• Strong attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing long-term marketing and brand strategies
• Solid experience in digital marketing across a range of platforms
• High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inform, influence, and motivate
• Skilled in meeting competing deadlines and driving outcomes that align with organisational objectives
• Proven ability to lead and manage project teams to achieve timelines and results
