Lead Government Land Policy Advisor

This senior role leads a multi-disciplinary team in delivering strategic advice and evidence-based policy development to support land management initiatives across Victoria.

The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in land legislation and policy to drive collaborative relationships with government agencies, stakeholders, and the community at large.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing land-related policies and programs
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver key organizational outcomes
  • Fostering high-trust relationships with government agencies and stakeholders

A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is highly regarded. Demonstrated knowledge of Victorian land administration and comparable subject matter areas is essential.
