We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via chat, phone, or email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate assistance to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in using technology, including CRM software and communication tools
- Australian work rights are preferred
