Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.   • Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in using technology, including CRM software and communication tools
  • Australian work rights are preferred
