About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels. This includes managing incoming calls, emails, and other interactions while providing accurate and helpful information to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide informed solutions to customers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience an asset
