We're a fast-growing soccer academy looking for reliable, enthusiastic coaches to join our team from January 2026. If you're honest, patient, and coachable — and want to make a difference while earning — this could be the perfect fit.

What We're Looking For:

A great attitude — patient, punctual, and positive

Willingness to learn and follow our proven coaching structure

Strong work ethic and a genuine interest in working with kids

Someone who takes pride in their role and represents our business with integrity

Own car and licence (essential)

Previous coaching experience is preferred but not essential — we provide training and support for the right person.

When You'll Work:

We offer a range of flexible shift options to suit your lifestyle:

  • Afternoons: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm – 4:30pm (school term)
  • Mornings: Tuesday & Thursday, 7:30am – 9:00am
  • Full Days (school programs): Some weekdays, 8:30am – 3:30pm (during school term)
  • School Holiday Programs: 8:30am – 3:30pm (during QLD school holidays)

What You'll Get:

  • $30–$40/hour depending on experience
  • 4–8 hours per week to start, with more available as we grow
  • Coaching locations across Benowa, Ashmore, Elanora and surrounds
  • All coaching equipment provided
  • Coaching programs with real structure and purpose
