About Us

Ready Steady Go Kids started in 2004 with a mission to help children build a lifelong love for sport and physical activity. Our physio-designed program now runs in over 180 locations across Australia and internationally.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking energetic and passionate coaches to join our Tingalpa team If you love working with children, enjoy sports, and want flexible, meaningful work – this could be perfect for you.

Requirements:

  • Availability for at least 2 mornings per week, including Saturday mornings
  • Physically fit with a passion for sport and movement
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Experience with children aged 1.5–6 years is desirable
  • Coaching or childcare qualifications are a plus
  • Must have a current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Must have a current Australian driver's licence
  • Online coaching certificate required (we can guide you through it)
  • Casual role paid according to the Fitness Industry Award

Training provided – no need to be an expert, just bring your energy and love for working with kids

Ideal For:

  • University students studying teaching, exercise science, physio, etc.
  • Parents looking for flexible, school-term work
  • Personal trainers or fitness professionals wanting extra hours

Schedule:

  • Morning shifts only
  • Runs during school terms only
