We deliver an array of coaching from one on ones, School Programs, Futsal Development programs to school holiday camps and major tournaments

Our aim is to develop not only their soccer skills but also provide opportunities to enhance their learning and listening skills and help keep our children fit, healthy and on the right path to adulthood.

**Job description (Woy Woy & Wyong Locations)**

Our Soccer School is looking for experienced Soccer Coaches and to join the ECSS team.

You need to have a background in playing Soccer and relevant coaching experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to motivate our players and help them hone their skills. Your ability to interact and motivate the players is the most essential qualification for this coaching position.

**Soccer Coach Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead practices to help players improve their football skills
- Work with varied abilities of players
- Help maintain a safe and fun working environment for the players
- Help kids develop their skills
- Encourage good listening skills
- Maintain a high level of respect for the role
- Opportunities to take our Elite Squads to competitions
- Over 18s must have WWCC
- Under 18 Cadet programs available

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
