At Butter Days Bakery in Malvern, we're not just pouring coffees or serving pastries – we're creating a new community space where people feel at home. Founded by John and Martina Demetrios, Butter Days is all about warm hospitality, genuine connection, and serving as the new go-to spot for Glenferrie Road and beyond.

We're looking for talented front-of-house staff who want to help shape that vision. If you're a skilled barista with ideas on how to make your stamp in an untapped market, a natural people-person with an eye for detail, or a leader ready to take on a FOH Manager role, we'd love to meet you.

We're offering a mix of full-time, part-time and casual positions over 4 days, with flexibility for weekends. What matters most is your energy, warmth and excitement to grow with us.
