We're looking for a passionate and reliable FOH Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and make every guest feel welcome, satisfied, and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and support FOH team members to ensure excellent customer service and smooth shift operations.
- Uphold and demonstrate Katsu Katsu's philosophy of appreciation, respect, and hospitality.
- Manage daily floor operations: table seating, guest greeting, order flow, and food/drink delivery.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the dining area before and after service.
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing training, including rituals such as explaining the Katsu Ritual and using the suribachi.
- Communicate with kitchen and management to ensure efficient service and issue resolution.
- Monitor staff performance and morale, providing coaching as needed.
- Manage and monitor bookings, waitlists, and peak-hour flow.
- Assist with inventory, supplies, and basic admin/reporting as required.

Pay: $48,607.19 - $77,220.42 per year
