Due to overwhelming growth and demand, we are looking for an Assistant Buyers Agent to join our team.

This role could be perfect for you if;

  • You have experience and knowledge of the property industry
  • Skilled in selling through building rapport, asking the right questions, being able to engage anyone immediately, negotiating effectively, and confidently handling objections.
  • You have a passion for property and property investing, and are looking to grow your own portfolio quickly
  • You have an eagerness to invest in property and learn/be mentored about how to do it properly
  • You have high attention to detail
  • You are an outgoing person not afraid to talk to and engage real estate agents
  • You are great at building and maintaining relationships
  • You can commute to a Sydney CBD Office
  • Not afraid to jump on the phone

Your role will include;

  • Liaising and building relationships with Real Estate Agents in target locations
  • Locate, source, and analyze investment properties within a specific set of requirements
  • Negotiate on property purchases
  • Follow through and manage client expectations during the buying process
  • Assisting senior staff and the Director in daily duties
