About the Role

As CFO, you'll be a strategic partner to the CEO, COO, and Partners, leading financial governance, performance, and planning. You'll oversee budgeting, reporting, treasury, and risk management, while guiding a high-performing finance team and contributing to firm-wide growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive financial strategy and commercial insights to support decision-making
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit obligations
  • Manage cash flow, capital planning, and funding
  • Champion process improvement and systems efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

  • CA or CPA qualified (FCA/FCPA preferred)
  • 10+ years in senior financial leadership, ideally in professional services and multi-entity environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams and partner with CEO, COO and Management Committee
  • Strong technical accounting, governance, and commercial acumen
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
