Trainee Paraplanner

THE ROLE:

An opportunity exists for a Trainee Paraplanner to join our growing and dynamic office, primarily based in Newcastle with the opportunity to work in East Maitland. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a willingness to build a successful paraplanning career while reaping the rewards of hard work.

The duties of a Trainee Paraplanner will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Preparing review reports
• Investment research
• Constructing Statements of Advice
• Liaising with advisers in the preparation of strategies

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

We will provide training on our existing processes, however, the applicant requires:

• The completion (or be in the process of completing) a relevant degree, diploma or other training
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail
• Technical knowledge and strong analytical ability
• Strong computer literacy including the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
