Your Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and lead our front-of-house F&B team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ensuring service standards, customer experience, and compliance remain at the highest level across all events at the Sam Kerr Football Centre.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead & Supervise: Manage and support casual F&B staff across match days, functions, and events.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming, professional service that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
  • Operational Oversight: Maintain suitable staffing levels, manage rosters, and oversee POS operations.
  • Food & Beverage Standards: Liaise with kitchen staff, ensure product quality and consistency, and uphold food safety compliance.
  • Team Development: Train and mentor staff, ensuring competence in menu knowledge and service standards.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Implement weekly cleaning schedules, maintain high hygiene standards, and comply with WHS and food safety regulations.
  • Problem Solving: Lead by example, handle guest issues with professionalism, and resolve problems effectively.
  • Event Support: Provide operational assistance across major events, ensuring seamless delivery.
About You

You are a confident leader with a strong background in hospitality who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment. You bring:

  • Experience supervising F&B teams in hospitality, catering, or stadium/event venues
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of barista skills, bar service, and dietary requirements
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Commitment to teamwork and exceeding customer expectations

  • Approved Manager accreditation
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Valid WA Working with Children Check
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
