The Quarie Bar & Brasserie is a vibrant, modern, family-friendly venue located in Hammond Park. Known for our award-winning food, 32 beers on tap, and drive-thru bottleshop, we're a local favourite delivering quality hospitality in a relaxed atmosphere.

As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join us in the following casual positions:


Casual Food & Beverage Attendants

RSA Certificate Required

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking food and beverage orders
  • Preparing and serving drinks including beer, wine, cocktails, and coffees
  • Running food and drinks to tables
  • Clearing and resetting tables
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the venue
  • Communicating confidently with customers and team members
  • Set-up and pack-down of service areas
  • Upholding health, safety and hygiene standards
  • Representing the venue with a professional and well-groomed appearance

What we're looking for:

  • Current RSA certificate (Essential)
  • Previous hospitality experience (Preferred)
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Reliable and proactive
  • Passion for customer service

Casual Bottleshop Attendants

RSA Certificate Required | Approved Manager Preferred

As a Bottleshop Attendant, you'll play a key role in providing knowledgeable and efficient service while maintaining the high standards of our drive-thru operation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Managing and maintaining stock levels
  • Providing expert advice on products (beer, wine, spirits, RTDs)
  • Operating POS systems and handling transactions
  • Ensuring cleanliness and presentation of the bottleshop
  • Working independently when required
  • Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Current RSA certificate (Essential)
  • Approved manager qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Prior bottleshop experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Product knowledge - beer, wine, RTDs
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
