As our company becomes more complex, the demand for expertise within our Finance team is accelerating. With a centralised Commercial Finance Team and an increasing workload, there are significant opportunities for process and efficiency improvements in Accounts Receivables.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely allocation of customer payments, which is critical to improving and maintaining cashflow across the group. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Daily review of bank statements for incoming payments
  • Timely and accurate allocations of customer payments
  • Customer accounts and payment reconciliations
  • Contacting customers for remittance details if required
  • Resolutions of enquires from customers or internal stakeholders
  • Processing of direct debit files with banks for approval of management
Who You Are:

You are a highly organised person, with 2-3 years proven experience in an accounts-based environment. With a passion for process improvement and excellent organisational skills, you are capable of managing high volumes of statements and invoices to ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer accounts. With impeccable attention to detail and great communication skills, you are also able to comfortably interact with international clients of all sizes and are proficient in Excel and other computer systems.
