Hunt St helps Australian companies hire top Filipino talent directly — without paying ongoing outsourcing agency mark-ups. We're scaling fast and looking for a high-energy sales closer who thrives on a packed diary, short sales cycles, and big commission cheques.

What's on offer:

  • $80,000 base + $500 commission per closed project.
  • Realistic OTE $230K+ — no commission cap.
  • Fully remote (must be Australia-based, east coast preferred).
  • Warm, inbound leads — no cold calling.
  • Training, scripts, and strong support.

Your day-to-day:

  • Run 8–12 booked, qualified calls daily.
  • Close 25–35 projects per month ($4,500–$6,000 typical fee).
  • Confidently present our hiring model and handle objections.
  • Work with our recruiters to ensure smooth client handover.
  • Keep calls and pipeline updated in Close CRM.

What you'll bring:

  • 3–5+ years in sales, recruitment, or another high-volume closing role.
  • Proven track record of smashing sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable running calls all day while maintaining energy and conversion rates.
  • Clear, confident communicator who connects naturally with Australian business owners.
