What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload that suits your interests, or enjoy the variety of a generalist caseload across a range of service delivery methods such as community face-to-face sessions, telehealth sessions and in-clinic sessions.
- Enjoy flexibility in setting appointments and the option to work from home or our local office.
- Receive weekly operational and clinical supervision, PD opportunities, career progression guidance and support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and early childhood practitioners dedicated to making a real community impact.
- Access to national clinical mentoring and specialist support from Clinical Practice Advisors and Clinical Mentors.
- NDIS experience is a plus, but your Occupational Therapy skills and ability to inspire clients are the focus.

Who You Are
- You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- You have current AHPRA (or pending).
- You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
- You have a minimum of 1 year experience in community, private or acute settings.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
- You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
