Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven person to join our fast growing & successful team. This is a full-time Salesperson role, located on-site in Bentleigh. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with clients, conducting property showings, negotiating sales, coordinating with other team members, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities. The role requires a high level of customer service, knowledge of the local market, and the ability to meet sales targets. A proactive approach to seeking out new clients and opportunities is essential.

A quality and consistent training and coaching program will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Agent's Rrepresentative Certificate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, preferably in real estate
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Bentleigh, Ormond, Bentleigh East, McKinnon, and surrounding suburbs market
  • High level of customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
