**WA Car Buyers** are seeking a motivated and experienced **Automotive Buying Manager** to join our business

At **WA Car Buyers **we strive to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and service. We want to be innovative and disrupt the used car buying market.

To be successful you must be able to work autonomously to growing this business and have a willingness to go above and beyond.

**Your key functions will include**:

- Carrying out appraisals/ valuations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, dealerships, and private sellers to source new vehicles.
- Maintain contact between the used cars departments, wholesale buyers and selling agents.
- Negotiate prices with sellers to ensure that we are getting the best deals possible.
- Oversee the vehicle inspection process to ensure that all vehicles meet our quality standards.
- Purchasing vehicles from a variety of sources
- Seek opportunities for further business growth and brand positioning.

**You**:

- Automotive industry experience
- Salesperson’s License (required)
- A current manual driver’s license
- Ability to work autonomously
- A passion for the automotive industry and a strong knowledge of vehicles.
- Experience working in an online business environment.
- A reliable team player
- Well-presented and professional
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Strong negotiator
- Attention to detail
- Able to analyse information from various sources to ensure pricing is accurate for vehicle purchases and vehicle valuations.
- Able to work smarter with flexible working arrangements that may require weekend and after business hours appointments.
