**General responsibilities include**:

- Answering sales enquiries both over the counter and by phone from consumers and automotive retail trade customers.
- Preparing sales orders, quotes and proposals for retail, dealer and stockist’s customers.
- Preparing the appropriate documentation to complete the sale.
- Helping the team achieve the store's revenue and profit targets.
- Continuously liaising with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure that all work involving fitting is completed on-time, in-full and to ARB's high standards.

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
