The Opportunity

Are you a recent Accounting graduate or in your final year of study? This is your chance to kickstart your career with a values-driven, fast-growing hospitality group.

Working closely with our small, dynamic accounting team at our Rosebery Head Office, you'll gain hands-on experience across all facets of accounting and business operations. This role starts at three days a week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as you grow within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing payroll accurately and on time
  • Producing weekly labour reports, roster trackers, and weekly snapshots
  • Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Managing credit applications
  • Performing daily bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with management reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Assisting with month-end tasks (IAS, payroll tax, stock transfers, basic accruals)
  • Managing petty cash and tips

About You

  • You're studying or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • You have strong attention to detail and love working with numbers
  • You're organised, proactive, and keen to learn
  • You're comfortable using Excel and have a good grasp of basic accounting principles
  • You bring a positive, team-first attitude and are ready to grow with us
