Mandatory Skills

  • Oracle HCM: Proven experience with Oracle HCM
  • Strong understanding of People and Culture Domain
  • Techno-functional capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and Oracle HCM configurations and solutions.

Good to Have Skills

  • SQL & Redshift: Strong data querying and analysis skills using SQL and Redshift. Ability to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Documentation: Skilled in preparing business requirement documents, functional specifications, data mapping documents

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the People and Culture domain to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of needs into system functionalities.
  • Support Oracle HCM implementations and enhancements
  • Perform data analysis using SQL/Redshift to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, configurations, and data flows.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
