About You

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Customer Service specialist to join our team as Service Advisor at our busy multi-franchise dealership in Tuggeranong.

You will have an impressive attitude, a desire to achieve results and the ambition to succeed.

Skills and experience:

  • Service Advisor experience preferred but not essential. Hospitality or customer service experience well regarded
  • A sense of urgency to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and senior management
  • High attention to detail
  • Current manual driver's licence essential
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • Well-developed telephone technique
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills
