Diagnostic Technician
We have an exciting and new opportunity for a Diagnostic Technician to join our team at Canberra Toyota Belconnen. Reporting to the Service Manager this role is responsible for conducting Diagnostics within the day-to-day operations. Using your vast mechanical knowledge and exceptional organisational skills to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet the Dealership targets.

About this role:
- Part of the workshop team
- Create a positive workplace environment
- Coach and mentor workshop staff
- Customer interactions and road-testing
- Quality control
- Comply with manufacturer KPIs
- Diagnostics
- Work with management to achieve business KPIs and targets
- Oversee vehicle repair, procedures and warranty claims
- Provide support with Service Advising and Parts Advising
Must haves:
- Cert III light vehicle automotive
- Minimum 5 years post trade qualification
- Dealership Experience highly regarded
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in a busy fast paced environment
- Ability to interact and engage with Customers
- Team orientated
- Driven to maintain a high standard and reach KPI targets
