An incredible opportunity to lead the Global Commercial Trade strategy for one of Australia's biggest Fashion businesses, making huge impact across every international region.

**The Role**:
You will be the revenue architect for one of the world's most exciting Fashion brands, shaping & delivering the end to end Global Trade & Commercial Strategy, owning the commercial strategy, promotional framework & sell-through targets across the ANZ, US, UK, EU and EMEA territories. Reporting straight to C-Suite and working within a stellar SLT, leading a high-performing team of Trade Marketers.

**Essential Experience & Responsibilities**
- An extensive background in driving Online Trade & Commercial Development within the Retail, Fashion & eCommerce sectors
- Demonstrated experience with delivering strong commercial performance, increased sell-through rates, gross margin & global revenue targets
- Solid international trade experience, particularly in the US & UK markets
- Strong experience with managing and developing global Trade & Marketing calendars, building regional-specific moments
- Highly experienced SLT experience, working cross-functionally alongside Product, Merchandise, eCommerce, Marketing & Creative teams to drive outcomes
- Demonstrated experience with building and scaling high-performing Marketing & Commercial teams, from junior-senior level roles
