AR/VR Co-Founder – Business Development

Equity + Commission | Help Build a New AR/MR Studio

LYNAR Labs
is a new AR & Mixed Reality company creating immersive experiences for brands, educators, retailers, enterprises, industrial teams, and property developers. We work across product visualisation, training, WebAR, mixed-reality simulations, interactive brand experiences, and more.

We're looking for a
Business Development/Sales Co-Founder,
someone entrepreneurial who can help drive growth, build relationships, and shape the direction of the company from day one.

What You'll Do

We are a new startup
,
and this is a hands-on role focused on getting out there, starting conversations, and securing real projects in the AR/VR/Mixed Reality space. You'll be the person helping organisations understand what's possible and why immersive tech can completely change the way they engage, teach, train, sell, or operate.

Day to day, you'll be :

Reaching out to people and businesses that could benefit from AR/VR/Mixed Reality Tech

Starting discussions, showing what we can build, and exploring how immersive tech can solve their problems

Turning interest into briefs, proposals, and signed projects

Helping shape how we talk about what we do and how we pitch our capabilities

Representing LYNAR Labs in calls, meetings, and early-stage partnerships

Exploring opportunities across
any industry where AR/VR adds value
, including:

  • Brand and marketing experiences
  • Education and learning
  • Retail and product visualisation
  • Enterprise tools and communication
  • Industrial training and safety
  • Property, architecture, real estate
  • Tourism, culture, entertainment
  • Healthcare simulation

Who You Are

  • Experienced in
    business development, sales, partnerships, client management
    , or similar
  • Confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people
  • Comfortable pitching creative or technical concepts
  • Passionate about AR/VR, spatial computing, or future-tech
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, resourceful, and self-driven
  • Excited by early-stage building and having real ownership
  • You want to help create something meaningful, not just join another job
